Emerging office leader Garrett Noiles joins Avison Young as Principal, specializing in tenant representation in Downtown Toronto

Toronto, ON – Joe Almeida, Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s Toronto office, today announced that Garrett Noiles has joined Avison Young as a Principal specializing in tenant representation in Downtown Toronto.

Noiles brings more than seven years of experience in tenant and landlord representation. He is adept at understanding each client’s unique needs, leveraging his strong relationships within the brokerage community and employing an intimate knowledge of the market to deliver successful outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Noiles was a top emerging broker at Cushman & Wakefield and was named the firm’s “Emerging Broker of the Year” for Canada in 2016.

Noiles studied at Brown University and graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University. He is a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
