Ben Casper is a Director at Avison Young, focusing on business development in the United States and across the globe. 

Ben divides his time between the New York Tri-State area and Avison Young’s office in Tel Aviv. His experience includes tenant representation and capital market transactions in the U.S. and Israel, as well as managing transactions for multi-market corporate accounts.

Ben has established himself as a unique resource to Israeli companies due to his in-person availability to Israel-based executives, coupled with his experience leveraging global brokerage platforms to navigate real estate transactions overseas. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Ben worked at JLL (six years in Manhattan and four years in Israel), most recently as Director of Business Development, Corporate Solutions in Israel.

Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Yeshiva University. He received his JD from St. John’s University School of Law and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2011.
