The future is unknown, and difficult to predict. Half a year ago (past), during the pandemic, there was talk of reducing space, working from home, falling prices - a real estate catastrophe .  
In the current reality, in present Tel Aviv, it is difficult to even find vacant office space, and certainly not in an A type building.  
Amazon, Check Point and other companies are reporting massive employee recruitment, and entrepreneurial companies are reporting a real increase in rents. The hi-tech locomotive is speeding ahead, dragging many complementary industries behind it, and offices are being hijacked as if there is no tomorrow.   
You snooze you lose. And that's the situation until further notice!
